This Past Week on Ambergris Caye Has Been the Most Beautiful Ever

So September is over.  The slowest of the slow period (or maybe it’s tied with October)… the heart of the hurricane season (September 11th is the peak statistically when it comes to storms) and what I thought was an excellent month.  I so love September celebrations.

I also think we’ve had some pretty gorgeous weather.  Yes it was rainy and grey for four days two weeks ago, but otherwise, it has been HOT and just incredibly blue.

I’ve written a few posts about why you MUST come to Belize in September.  And I stand by it.  Here are some pictures from this past week…

A baby coconut up north.

Later in the week, Estel’s, the breakfast joint that makes everyone feel like family, is open!

And then down south, the seaweed is still coming in…but it is slowing.
