I was driving down Coconut Drive this afternoon (the main drag outside of town) and ran into these kids that were right on the street “harvesting” iguanas.  When I asked them what they were doing, one kid with a sharp stick denied all involvement, and the others were glad to pose for pictures.  They told me that they were bringing them back to their homes to take care of birds in the yard.  Hmmmm….maybe…poor iguanas. 

Some of these guys looked old enough to know better.  The others?  I’m sure their moms will scold them when they get home.
