I have always been a huge fan of Ernestine Carballo, a totally incredible, super dynamic Belizean artist. Once in a while when we got lucky, she would appear at the the bar I used to manage and sing with the band on Tuesday nights. She can make a party out of nothing. I tell you. Look how cute Ernestine is.
