Remember When The Sun Used to Shine?

It’s 7am, October 3, San Pedro, Belize and again waking up to full blown rain.  Though I will admit, it felt great to sleep under a light quilt last night.  I won’t complain (too much).

I received some nice sunny pictures from my new friend, Rob who was visiting from Dallas for a week and had the time of his life.  He was also lucky enough to have a nice and sunny week.  Rob advertised himself as an amateur photographer but then also mentioned that at one time he had a photo studio.  Hmmmm….they are certainly much nicer than any of my photos.

Anyway…here are some of his pictures.  Thanks Rob.  Come back and visit soon.  I’ll pretend that it’s not raining and you guys up north, pretend it’s not cold.   Here are today’s highlow temperatures “up north” (in areas where I seem to get a good amount of readers):  New York City -> 59/49F, Chicago -> 70/49, Dallas -> 88/53, Toronto -> 59/52,  London -> 67/58  and  Moscow -> 55/39.   Those lows?  Brrrrrr…

This guy is quite the character around town.  I always wonder if visting women donate these single earrings to decorate his hat.

The photographer is on the left.
Marina’s Store float didn’t get enough recognition.  They had LIVE CHICKENS to re-enact the people and products of Belize.
People watching the Big Daddy’s dancers from above.

And the boat trip to Caye Caulker…the water was clearn like a pool.  A very pensive Denny.

DON’T FORGET THE EVENT CALENDAR BELOW THIS POST.  ALL YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT THE DAILY/MONTHLY EVENTS IN SAN PEDRO!  (Sorry for yelling)
