Pantone’s Color of the Year is MADE For Belize – 2019 is About “Living Coral”

Belize – home of the second longest barrier reef in the world, brilliant golden sunrises over the Caribbean Sea and fiery sunsets over the lagoon – probably invented the 2019 Pantone color of the year.

Good-bye 2018’s Ultra Violet – not my favorite color by a long shot – and HELLO warm breezed, tropical sunshine and one of the best colors in the world.  (Here are last year’s photos of Ultra-Violet in Belize)

It’s impossible NOT to ask the question though (and it was the first thing that Jeff asked when I told him the new color selection):  Is ithis selection to celebrate the last year of “Living Coral”?

Certainly not, pessimist!

Can’t we just bask in the glow of Living Coral in Belize?

Let’s do it.  Summer mamey fruit

We finally got the corrected batch in!  Our goal?  To get EVERYONE in town wearing the shirts!  See the Ambergris Caye Citizens for Sustainable Development facebook page for details.

Right now they are for cash sale at Seaduced offices in San Pedro and at El Pescador Lodge.

If you have any LIVING Coral pics from Belize – PLEASE SEND TO ME!  I’d love to post them too.  To further prove that we invented this color.  [email protected]
