Snapshots From A Beautiful Week on Ambergris Caye

There is a cold front moving in – right now a dark cloud is sweeping south across the ocean.  A north wind and some cooler temperatures.

It looks like the sun will be out soon.

Here are a bunch of pictures that I took this week – I can’t help it when the weather is this beautiful!  I thought I’d share them here.

And then the view as I headed over to Red Ginger Restaurant at the Phoenix Resort to grab some lunch.

The Mediterranean flatbread on a flaky delicious crust – and it’s huge!

I had a really hard time deciding between the flatbread and the coconut ceviche.  I’m going to have to go back for both.
