My favorite spot in Belize City.  Just outside of town in the Belama area, Oti and Gabby are the BEST hosts.   My room was huge and beautifully decorated.

Even the hallways and common rooms are stuffed with antiques, collectibles and books…hardly a surface that is not covered.  It’s all the hostess’ life long collection.  And I couldn’t have felt more comfortable.

Look at the dining room!

A HUGE breakfast that start with grapefruit and syrup (I NEED to learn how to do this),

a fruit plate, eggs, cheese and toast and plenty of good coffee (ready at 6am) served in real tea cups at an oak dining room table.

The Inn is on a canal just outside of Belize City (a $7bzd taxi ride from the town center) in the suburbs.  This is the sitting area outside.  Doesn’t feel like Belize City, right?

Unexpected by SO welcome was the powerful Wi-Fi.
