A very creative twist on Belizean food (see Fuego’s menu on their facebook page).  Items include Belizean Jerk BBQ burger or Pig Tail Won-Tons.  I definitely need to return to try those.

Fuego is one of the only downtown restaurants with A/C.  In the summer/fall?  That is much appreciated.
