The old Rico’s Restaurant at Banyan Bay has been modernized and there is a new chef. The new restaurant is called Pier 366, is located over the water and looks fantastic.
The focus is on seafood – which I love. Stick with the seafood that is caught in Belize – from conch to grouper to tuna. Ask! They can tell you.
It’s also one of the few places that will have lionfish on the menu. This dangerous little bugger is DEEEElicious. Let’s eat all the lionfish we can.
Open 7 days a week.
