Mmmmm…what a way to kick off Lobster season!

Good Morning San Pedro! It is with much anticipation that we announce that tomorrow, Lobster Season is back and with the introduction of our delicious jewels of the seas we are pleased to present to you, tomorrow, Thursday, our 6th Annual, Lobster “Tasting Thursday” menu at Casa Picasso!
Chef Val and his team are preparing a delicious 5 course, lobster tasting menu with optional wine pairings.
This week’s Lobster “Tasting Menu” is…..
1st Course – Sticky Lobster – If you love our “sticky shrimp”, you will love this preparation of fresh lobster; tempura fried, coated in our own mango and habanero jam topped with roasted crushed cashews and green onion.
2nd Course – Lobster Sliders – Our Casa Picasso famous lobster sliders using fresh butter poached lobster served on a buttery and sweet roll dredged in more butter served warm.
3rd Course – Chilled Citrus Lobster Salad – Citrus poached lobster tossed with grapefruit and tangerine segments served over crisp frisee lettuce and dressed with a saffron infused citrus Spanish olive oil.
4th Course – Lobster Risotto – Our award winning lobster risotto using a rich lobster stock infused, creamy Arborio rice with a touch of white wine, parmesan cheese and fresh butter poached lobster topped with a drizzle of white truffle oil.
5th Course – Mango and White Chocolate Mousse – Fresh mango puree folded into a house made rich white chocolate mousse topped with a Chantilly cream.
The cost for this week’s Lobster “Tasting Thursday” menu is $80BZ/$40US with our optional wine pairings with the 1st 4 course for an additional $44BZ/$22US.
Along with our “Tasting Thursday” menu, we will be introducing our new regular menu which will be available as well.
