Miami Graphic Artist Atomik Leaves His Mark on San Pedro 6x!
And I need your help finding the others!
I was walking down Front Street when I noticed something new. A large green face smiling at me from behind a park bench in San Pedro, Belize’s Central Park.
Painted on a piece of the wall left standing after the demolition the old Big Daddy’s/Daddy Rock’s Night Club.
I swear this wasn’t here a few days ago.

I snapped a pic and kept walking. But then a few days later…I was driving home and spotted THIS!
On the wall at the old Journey’s End staff housing (now used by Las Terrazas Resort) and…
NOW I’M INTRIGUED.
A grinning orange tucked right in there.
I googled the artist and he is from the Miami area – and does incredible work there and around the world. You can read more about Adam Vargas aka Atomik here.
I reached out to him on Instagram (he’s got over 109K followers) and asked…
“How many paintings did you leave in San Pedro?” I’m hoping for a lemon…maybe a tangerine. A pink grapefruit!
6 in total, he said.
I need to find the other four!
If you see his work around San Pedro – please message me or tag me on Facebook or Instagram! I’m a big fan already and I’d love to find the other 4 citruses brightening up our island.
Thanks Atomik. I hope you enjoyed your trip to San Pedro.
Reminds me a bit of the cool art left by Michael De Feo almost 10 years ago. Has anyone seen these flowers recently?
